Insurance Not Accepted
Monthly statements can be requested if your insurance company provides out-of-network reimbursement.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Cash or check.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not provided at least 24 hours notice, a $60 fee will be charged.
