I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services to couples, families, and individuals. In a comfortable and caring environment my initial focus is on understanding the nature, duration, and depth of my clients' concerns.  From there, I draw on a wealth of training and experience from a broad array of therapeutic approaches --including, but not limited to cognitive, behavioral, emotion-focused, pyscho-educational, gestalt, psycho-dynamic, and EMDR--to help clients work through their relationship or life challenges towards the goal of embracing life more openly and confidently.
